Hello friends!
I must admit I've been a bit neglectful of my blog recently, I guess the summer days just get away from me.
Anyways, today I have a sweet wedding card to share with you. A friend asked me to make this special card for a wedding she was attending. Originally when she mentioned the color scheme to me I was a bit stumped, but then I realized that the colors she was looking for were all in the
Trend Setter collection from Fancy Pants Designs!!!
If you leave out the bright red and the dark navy from the collection, the remaining colors are quite soft and pretty and worked perfectly for a wedding card!
She also asked for there to be owls on the card so I cut these cute little lovebirds (Design ID 38374) out on my Silhouette.
I layered the owls with doilies and lace trim to give the card a romantic feel and of course just HAD to add some hearts and flowers!!!
...
